Returns & Exchanges

Because many of the pieces we offer are ordered specifically for our customers, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are no longer wanted, do not work as expected in your space, or are the wrong size. We encourage you to review product details, dimensions, materials, and images carefully before placing your order. And of course, if you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, our team is always happy to help!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your order, so please take a moment to inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us as soon as possible, ideally on the day of delivery. Because we work with a variety of vendors, the timeframe for reporting damage can vary by product, and some claims must be submitted within a very short window.

Please email us at design@renewhomeutah.com with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. For larger furniture deliveries, we recommend keeping the original packaging until you have had a chance to make sure everything arrived safely.

If there is an issue with your order, our team will work with you to determine the best next step. If a return is approved due to damage, a defect, or an error on our part, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Approved refunds or credits will be issued to the original payment method or, when appropriate, as an electronic gift card.

Please note that Renew Home cannot be responsible for damage reported after the applicable vendor or carrier claim period, or for damage that occurs after delivery due to improper handling, assembly, installation, use, or care.
