Each home is as unique as the people living in it, and we have created a curated selection of services to best fit your needs. Each package begins with a consultation, and ends with a “Wow!” moment.
full service options
This is our most comprehensive package, and we touch everything from start to finish, top to bottom. Full Service Design is ideal for clients who want a custom experience and our team by your side the whole way. Whether you need a single room fix or a whole home renovation, we will be there every step to help bring your vision to life.
Pricing is individualized for each project, but usually starts with hourly consulation.
As our most popular option, this full service package allows you to furnish a room that already has good bones and just needs a refresh, or add character to a blank new construction room. While this does not require full renovation, our designs with this package may include architectural or construction elements to be implemented by a contractor.
In our client presentation, we will provide you with a complete room concept board, 2D floor plan and allow for up to 2 rounds of revisions. Once all elements have been approved, we begin construction and purchasing, while providing you with our professional project management service, including white-glove delivery and installation.
Pricing starts at $500 per room, plus the cost of goods.
As professional stagers, we know how to get you top dollar from just the rental listing photos. We will work together to create a comfortable and clean space, fully furnished and stocked with everything a potential renter looks for when selecting a vacation rental. This package is best for property owners who want a high end feel, with rental friendly furniture.
This package can be added to either of our full service packages. Pricing is hourly plus the cost of goods.

Kitchen or Bathroom Refresh
At Renew, we know the kitchen is the heart of the home (and most likely where you will find the #RenewCrew when we aren't working). As real estate experts, we know that kitchens and bathrooms sell homes, but even if you aren't looking to sell, a functional kitchen or bathroom can revolutionize your morning routine!
Our Refresh Package is a great option if you want a facelift for your kitchen or bathroom but plan to keep the existing cabinets and layout. We will show you cabinet and wall color, flooring, and lighting updates, and let you visualize the changes through 3D renderings.
This package includes 3 conceptual designs, followed by 1 round of revisions on your preferred design. The 3D rendering will give you a realistic first look of the space, while the samples presentation will allow you to feel the elements that will be used in your design. We will also consult on the appliance package for the space. Once all elements have been approved, we begin construction and purchasing, while providing you with our professional project management service and full accessory styling.
Pricing is individualized for each project. Includes hourly consultation plus cost of goods.
Additional Design Services
An in-home consultation is perfect if you have pre-existing furniture you want to use and are a DIY-er who needs guidance to get started. During the consultation, we’ll walk the space, assess your needs, and provide advice and recommendations. We can also place art and move furniture around. Please let us know ahead of time what you’d like to focus on so we can come fully prepared.
Pricing for a one-time consultation is $350 for in-depth consultations or $300 for ongoing projects.
This is a furnishings only package that is best for DIY-ers who want to implement our designs on their own time, or in phases. Also good for clients with projects located outside of Utah.
With little to no construction, this package may include paint and hardware suggestions that the homeowner will implement themselves.
After our video consultation, you will receive a complete concept board for the space, a shoppable product list, and a 2D floor plan showing where to place the items. This comes with 1 round of revisions and a 1 hour video call to walk you through the design.
Pricing starts at $500 per room. Does not include cost of goods, white glove delivery, or installation from Renew Home.
