Six years ago Laneé Miller, an expert in real estate and home rehab, staged her own flipped houses so that they would sell for more. A few agents she knew reached out asking her to stage their listings, which led her to an idea of fulfilling a need in the rapidly growing Utah real estate market: home staging. Starting with a horse trailer and a garage full of her own furniture, Renew Home Staging & Design was born! Years later the #RenewCrew have been staging downtown urban condos, multimillion-dollar homes, and have even been featured in various Parades and Showcases. Renew Home now has one of the largest warehouses for staging and design in Salt Lake and an incredibly versatile inventory of furnishings and décor.

Meet The Team
Laneé Prince | CEO & Designer
Laneé’s journey into home staging began with a love for design and a childhood spent watching her dad rehab houses. After working as a dental hygienist, she shifted her focus to real estate, where she quickly realized the power of staging in helping buyers connect with a home. With a background in real estate investing and a real estate license, Laneé founded Renew Home Staging & Design to help create inviting spaces that buyers can truly imagine themselves in.
As a Certified Instructor for the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), Laneé enjoys sharing her expertise and helping others discover the difference staging can make. She partners with real estate agents and builders to create spaces that feel warm, welcoming, and ready for their new owners. Laneé also works closely with design clients, offering personalized design solutions that reflect their style and transform their homes into functional, beautiful spaces. Whether it's staging for sale or curating a fresh design, Laneé is passionate about helping her clients create spaces where they can feel at home.
Outside of staging and design, you’ll find Laneé traveling, hiking, or spending time with her husband and their eight kids in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
Tomasi Ngatuvai | Director of Home Staging
Tomasi started his career in customer service & sales, but his natural love of design, styling, and shopping led him to make the move to Renew Home- a company and role that allows him to use both his analytical and creative skills to their full capacity.
As Director of Home Staging, Tomasi is responsible for every aspect of a project, from space planning, sourcing, and execution to client interactions, team leadership, and budget management. Passionate about exceeding customer expectations and empowering others, Tomasi is motivated by spreading happiness through beautiful spaces. The instant gratification of upgrading a space, as well as the satisfaction of the homeowners he works with, are what fuel him from one project to the next.
Known for his endlessly positive outlook, Tomasi leads both his team and clients by example. He fully embodies Renew’s core values of fun, unwavering integrity, collaboration, and resourcefulness. Together with his #RenewCrew, Tomasi has staged a wide variety of projects from downtown urban condominiums to multimillion-dollar Parade of Homes properties in Salt Lake and St. George. He is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), as well as the International Association of Home Staging Professionals.
Outside of work, Tomasi loves to spend time with family and friends, shop, and travel.
Morgan Lorenzo-Greer | Interior Designer
Morgan is an interior designer at Renew with a natural eye for creating beautiful, livable spaces. She loves helping clients bring their vision to life and believes the best homes are both functional and welcoming.
Known for her attention to detail and strong sense of style, Morgan enjoys finding creative solutions and bringing every element of a space together. She loves seeing a design come to life and works hard to make every project feel thoughtful, cohesive, and true to each client's vision.
Her design style leans cozy, traditional, and organic, with a love for warm, layered spaces that feel collected over time.
Outside of work, she enjoys needlepointing, reading, and spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs.
Ashley Durfee | Staging Manager
Ashley attended Ensign College, where she earned her Interior Design Certificate in 2024. She started as an intern with Renew and worked her way up, unexpectedly falling in love with staging and the hands-on process of bringing each space to life.
Ashley has always had a creative side, from working as a cake decorator to constantly redecorating her room growing up and watching HGTV for inspiration. She originally planned to go into early education, but after a little inspiration from a Hallmark movie, she decided to pivot into interior design, and it’s been the perfect fit.
Now, Ashley plays a key role in our staging operations, working closely with Masi to make each install feel elevated and cohesive. She keeps staging days running smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and winding down with a good show or movie.
Jake Ballantyne | Staging Manager
Kieley Peterson | Administrator
Kieley is the organized mind behind many of the day-to-day operations at Renew Home. She keeps projects moving, schedules on track, and the details running smoothly so the rest of the team can focus on creating beautiful spaces. From administrative support to tracking financial and staging metrics, she's always looking for ways to improve processes and help the team work more efficiently.
After completing online design courses, Kieley knew she wanted to be part of the design world. She especially enjoys collaborating with Laneé and Masi to brainstorm new ideas, solve challenges, and continually improve the way Renew Home serves clients. She loves knowing her work helps homeowners get the best possible return on their investment.
When she's not at Renew, you'll probably find Kieley at the gym, reading, crafting with her daughter, or spending weekends at her family's cabin with her dog. Around the office, she's affectionately known as the resident goth, and one fun fact that always surprises people is that she previously worked in autopsy and once had 12 pet tarantulas!
